Accommodations for COMLEX 1

I was wondering if anyone was able to get accommodations for comlex/usmle?
What wording did you use? Would accommodations be possible for someone who's first language isn't english and is having a hard time reading the questions within the given amount of time?

I don't think being ESL is enough to get accommodations.

You won't get accommodations for that. Likewise you need to put in a good effort to improve your reading speed and or comprehension. Boards and medical school tests are designed to stress your ability to work within a time window and in many times are purposefully convoluted to make you need to spend time processing finer details.

Agreed that's not a situation to get accommodations. Every year thousands of FMGs (most being ESL) take the test (USMLE).
