I'd like to. I'm trying to get the time off and then figure out a place.
Working during th day, but hopefully will attend some parties. The EMRA party is always a blast.

The Vegas guys need to let us know which ED(s) to avoid and which one to go to for the acute alcohol intoxication.

ok, well mandalay bay is all booked out and i just got the last 2 rooms in the luxor, so make up ur mind! 🙂 we'll see what the schedule is like when they mail the conference materials, then maybe we can do a quickie drinks meetup in one of the bars
oh never mind i see you're in vegas already! Lucky you! My family actually have a place not too far from the strip but I didn't want to get stuck being the DD
If you don't mind taking the bus, Circus Circus always has pretty good rooms for probably the lowest prices on the strip.
I booked through ACEP at Mandalay Bay, but then canceled and booked through Mandalay's website directly (staying at THE instead, which is across the casino floor). There's at least one ACEP slot opened up through my cancellation. 🙂

Hmm, I am so jealous. But the luxor ones looked ok. It's just that I was booking for a group. the joys of being chief is that you have to be babysitter . I figure we won't be spending that much time in the rooms anyway!
Which In N Out is easiest to get to from the strip?
The one at Tropicana and Dean Martin is just over the 15 from the strip. I hear it is the busiest In-N-Out there is.
Okay, I'm going to say it. Yes, it is a novelty. But In n Out isn't all that good!

I live one block from that one. It is extremely busy on weekends (20 minute wait for an order) but during the week it's pretty convenient and doesn't take too long.
I did what you did. So much more room for much cheaper than ACEP...
ACEP tries to make you feel guilty for not booking through them, but either I am jaded, or they have already taken too much of my money without any real gain; I don't care...😴
I'm all excited. I can't wait!.... for the...educational activities...of course.
I'll definitely be hitting that up when I'm in Vegas; I miss those heart attack inducing animal style fries. We finally got 5guys in Vancouver, but still no In N Out.
I'll be there! In fact, I make our schedules and was able to work it out so that all ten residents in my class are going...

If anyone needs help planning a Vegas get-together let me know. I live near the strip and frequent its many fine venues.
I wish I could go 🙁 but I'm way beyond broke by now. Here's hoping for next year.
sitting in mccarran as I type... Heh, i was wondering about a meetup during acep but didn't check my email enough! Next year we'll have to have an SDN meetup. I wonder if we can talk to the EMRA guys and see if they'll put it on the schedule. Probably met most of you in some in-capacity at the party! Didn't get back to my room til 6 am!!!!
I am on inflight WIFI headed back home. ACEP Vegas was awesome. We watched the sun come up one morning. There def needs to be an SDN official meetup on the EMRA schedule.

Didn't log on the entire week.
However, my liver still hurts from Moon at the Palms. And the Mirage party. And at least 3 things at the Mix.
It was fun not paying for any alcohol. Wish I had won money though.

I saw this girl win an ipad at one of the group booths. The two other people who went after her each won $250 best buy gift cards. Next year I'm hittin the booths early!
