Is it necessary to log mundane procedures such as cerumen removal or anterior nasal packing for epistaxis?

They aren't key indicators but I usually log if I do them in the OR. I have never logged nasal packing unless it's posterior.
 
I still log them if I do them. Just because they're not "key indicator" procedures, they still count for the number of procedures for your residency program. That being said, I only log them in the hospital. Definitely don't log bedside flexible laryngoscopies...
