what are some good extracurriculars to do to get into dental school?

like basic research, volunteering at soup kitchens, etc.? are there any specific "dental" things I can do?

work at the dental school, volunteer/assist/work in a dental office or free clinic, predent club, dental mission trips, dental research in dental school....there are plenty of ways to get into it.

or, your mom's a dentist so you've been extracting teeth since you were three years old - she'd put the patients out and you'd do the procedure. offer to demonstrate your skills personally on the interviewer. 😀
