I am looking at the table of tuition costs for each school on this pdf file:

On page 20 of the actual document (Table 10: United States Dental Schools Ranked by Total Resident Costs for All Four Years, 2010-11), does the last column titled "total costs" include living expenses??? Thanks for your help!
