answer for q1000 is definitely c. no matter how good you construct a denture it will need maintainance, rebacing , or relining or even replacement therefore a is incorrect.
b can also be discredited by same line of argument, noone can confidently say that a well constructed denture will suceed in less than a week.
so C is the correct answer-even a very well constructed denture will give adverse effects including decreased taste sensation.

q1004 answ is b. a is correct but incomplete. you need pulp and blood supply and all the coronal tissues to nourish the tooth. so loss of coronal tissues is the best option.

i also feel for q1000 c is rite but dont have anything to support my answer
and ya abt 1004 its b as the teeth become weak by loss of tooth structure , it has nothing to do with blood supply , since endodontic teatment results in loss of tooth structure, which eventually is the cause of fractures in endodontically treated teeth.
i am 100 % sure i read it in endodontics by grossman ...

I passed sept preliminary exam 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂, now preparing for clinical😕😕. I hear they are tough. all those who might not have the mcqs by now can send me email on [email protected] and i will attach mcqs and answers for them. I also have photocopy of boucher, can give it away for cost of photocopying if anyone may be interested.

can you pliz give me links for AIDER, OTC and any courses that may help with clinical exam. does anyone know of any financial assistance for exam fees or tuition for courses.

For those who want to practice listening for OET Exam:
There is a ABC radio program called The Health Report that is very good listening and both audio and transcript can be downloaded from the website http://www.abc.net.au/rn/healthreport/default.htm

They talk about medical subjets that is very commom on the OET. Good stuff!

It is extremely unlikely that this is a "personal collection of study resources" and not subject to copyright law. We have this trouble in nearly every forum with users sharing copywritten materials, referring SDN users to other websites, etc. These are violations of US copyright law as well as the TOS. What I would suggest to you is....don't waste your time in just thinking about the clinical exam and start collecting information from where ever you can.....because clincal is really a tough exam and they assess us at the same level as the Australian native dentists are + it has got subjective papers, viva and ofcourse clinical tests and it is one-week long exam.
You can start from collecting your books.
