Does anyone know how often admissions committees typically meet? I know it varies by school, but it might be helpful for people to post what they know about when admissions committees at different schools meet so we can anticipate when interview offers, etc, may come out...the only one I know anything about is Indiana University, which meets the 1st of every month...

Ah yes, the mysterious interview invite meetings. I'd love to know these.

Also, schools are usually pretty forthcoming about admissions meetings on their websites. Check 'em out.

I was informed by a kind lady on the phone that they meet monthly. But, that may change depending on when it is in the cycle, etc. 😳

Georgetown says that they meet every 2 weeks to make decisions about candidates that have already been interviewed.

Some schools meet once every two weeks. I think some schools might partially meet (like enough to make quorum, or something) once a week.

And there's really no sense in worrying about it. There's not really anything you can do about the process even if you know all the details. What will happen will happen. Anticipating getting a potential interview invite at a specific time is not really going to make you able to do something different than you would if you hadn't anticipated it.

If you're all done with your secondaries and things you can do on your end, then I suggest that you relax for a bit. Too much stress is bad.
