Adcoms, can you see AMCAS applications before it is verified?

If an AMCAS is set to be transmitted to a school but it hasn't been verified can adcoms see and read the essay portion before it is verified? Some schools do a holistic screening for secondaries but their turnaround time is insanely fast, so I am curious about this.

This happens to unverified applications if we (admissions staff) receive them... figuratively speaking.
