Adding a LOR

So I received an unexpected LOR from a doctor I recently shadowed. I want to send this letter to all my schools as an update, but I had already put in a maximum of 6 and now it won't let me send the new one from interfolio. Does anyone know what I can do?

How do I send a confidential letter through a portal. I dont believe I can download it, correct?]

Yes this is my only DO letter. So ill just email each letter from interfolio to the program then? Thanks!
