Adding Prelim Programs Now?

For whatever reason I have a sufficient amount of radiology invites but very few prelim invites? Like to the point where I'm legitimately concerned about matching a prelim year.

I applied to what I thought was a fair # of programs (15-20).
Been rejected by 4 thus far.

Is it futile to add programs at this point? Should I be emailing PDs?

I'm in the same boat. Applied to 20 and only heard back from 1.

Would love to know what recs people have.
