Adding schools after aadsas

Hey I sent my aadsas in about 2 weeks ago and was wondering how long i could wait to add another school. If i apply to another school will it still be considered applying late or will it send in my app with all the other schools? I'm deliberating on UPenn but I think I'll have my decision made about applying there by the end of this week?

I added schools to my list after initial AADSAS application was paid for. I think as long as AADSAS didn't send the application to the schools (which I don't think they have for anyone yet), then any school that was added later will be sent at the same time. Right now you can make additions to the designations section, but my feeling is that as soon as they send out the official application to all the designated schools, then they will close the online feature and only allow additions of schools by paper request. Don't take my word for it, but just my thoughts...

I'm curious about this as well... I submitted my AADSAS june 1st and my GPA's are calculated already but my packet has not been mailed out to the schools yet. I'm thinking about adding another school right now but wondering if this will in any way delay my application being sent out to the rest of the schools. Has anyone else been in this same situation and asked AADSAS what will happen? I tried to call AADSAS today but apparently they are at some sort of retreat and are closed for the day. 😕 Don't wanna wait until tomorrow to call them so hoping somebody knows the answer to this. Though I appreciate your opinions, please base your answers on having actually talked to AADSAS. i just wanna know for sure. thanks 🙂

Alright, so i called AADSAS today and the lady told me that my application to the rest of the schools will not be delayed in any way. She told me that my application to that additional school will be mailed out about 10 days after my application is mailed out to my original selection of schools. So basically, it seems that adding schools after submitting AADSAS will not have a negative effect on your application. Hope this helps!

and to do this, we just add more schools under the school designation page? The reason I ask is that I'm currently being charged for all the schools which I have already paid for and with my first AADSAS submission.
