Additional dates for 2014 MCAT

Howdy all,

Just got word from my University's Pre-Health Advisor that AAMC has released additional dates for the 2014 MCAT. Here's the link for anyone interested in viewing it in calendar form from their website.

If you don't notice the changes, they've added:

Tuesday, October 21-am administration
Saturday, October 25-pm administration
Friday, November 7 - am administration
Thursday, January 15, 2015 - pm administration
Friday, January 23, 2015 - am administration

Registration for these dates will be open on Thursday, February 13. Registration for summer MCAT dates will be open Tuesday, February 11.

Thanks! I looked at AAMC's website - that's right, there are a bunch of new dates. That's good! We get few more opportunities to retake the exam before the new version comes out.

Just thought it was worth mentioning since AAMC doesn't usually administer the exams past September. It does give people are few extra attempts though in the event that they'd need a retake and would not want to go at it with the 2015 MCAT.

I read somewhere on AAMC website that Jan 2015 will use the old test, but in the Spring of 2015 there will be a new one.

New dates are for the current test. The new test MCAT2015 will not be until Spring of 2015.
