Additional Letter of Recommendation

I'm deciding who I need to get my LOR from and so far I have:

1) The committee letter from my school's pre-health advisory board
2) Dentist that I shadowed
3) My Independent Research Instructor - PI in Microbiology
4) My general chemistry professor

Should I find an undergraduate 'biology' professor as well? And what if I want a letter of recommendation from another dentist? or a free dental clinic that I've volunteered at for 2 years?

How do I go about sending the LOR in?
Do I use interfolio? AADSAS? What letters should go where?

Help!!

Look at school websites to find out for sure if a school wants you to mail your recommendations directly there or wants you to only submit them on aadsas---most just want them on aadsas. And you don't need all those recommendations. AADSAS only lets you upload 3 individual LORs or 1 committee LOR + 1 individual LOR
