I submitted my AMCAS a couple of days after taking the May 31st MCAT. So, naturally, I had "MCAT Intent Date 5/31/12" on my AMCAS app.

Now that my scores have been released, they've been automatically loaded into the application (as seen when I click "print my application"); however, underneath that it still says "Addl 2012 MCAT Intent Date: ." (with no date)

If an adcom member just sees "intent" and doesn't bother to read the date following it, will they just automatically place my application on hold?

For people who only took the MCAT once and took it months before applying, do you also have ""Addl 2012 MCAT Intent Date:" I am wondering because one school is not sending me their secondary right now because of "pending MCAT scores" but I have no plans to retake.

Thanks!

I believe that "Addl 2012 MCAT Intent Date: ." is just the field, and if there is no date afterwards then that means you have no plans to take any more MCATs. When I originally submitted my application with my scores loaded and no plans to take an additional MCAT, it still showed "Addl 2012 MCAT Intent Date: ," just with no date afterwards.

The school that hasn't sent you the secondary yet just probably hasn't sent them out yet. Which school is it by the way?

Alright thanks a lot, I was wondering if that field appeared on everyone's AMCAS or just mine. And it's Wake Forest, where my application status says they are waiting for my MCAT score, but they say to wait 2-3 weeks for my score to load into the system (it's been 1 1/2 weeks so far, so you're prolly right).
