Addressing LOR's to whom...

I recently asked for a letter of recommendation from a science professor and she asked who she should address it to. I understand that it should not be addressed to a specific medical school but should be broad. Would something like "To whom it may concern" or "To Medical School Admissions Committee" work? What have your letter writers done?
