ADEX restorative

Hi, I’m an internationally trained dentist trying to give my ADEX exams for the license. I have the operative exam coming shortly. I really appreciate if you guys could share your experience on that. Those who gave the exam this year, which teeth were you assigned and how much deeper had you gone to remove the caries. I appreciate your inputs.
