i would like to know a few things from u guys.........
1.which schools do u think r best for me to apply with this score?
2.would like to get soem help regarding the statement of purpose..

hoping to get some help from u guys.....

good luck to all of u...

This is my take on this. If you want to be assured of an admission, I think you should get above 90, especially that you are from India. Otherwise, you will go through the horrible journey of being in waiting list etc.. Lot of schools don't give importance to Part 2. It helps but its not neccessary. I think as you are staying in florida, your chances may be better in florida schools as they give priority to Florida residents.

I second that ,retake part 1 try and score above 90!!!
Good luck

hi Anjali,
I don't want to be the one to disappoint you but the chances of getting into a school are greatly increased if you score atleast above 85.getting above 90 is like an icing on the cake tho' .
Anyways, most schools need scores above 80 (like NYU etc) or 85 in their admission requirements but with the growing competition (and increased cut-off %) you may want to reconsider retaking part-1 so the chance of u getting into a school is greatly improved.Schools like Marquette university need just 75 but then what are the odds of getting in when there are just 3 places available?
Like Ram has said you may also want to contact schools in florida and find out if u match their requirements.afterall there is no harm in trying!..
Good luck with whatever decision you make. 👍
