Advanced MCAT Prep Courses

Hey everyone,

I am from Canada and I was wondering if anyone was aware of advanced prep courses for the MCAT. I know most prep courses are geared towards people who need a refresher, but I feel like I already know most of the material. So I was looking for a prep course that would further my knowledge and enhance my critical thinking/testing skills in each component of the MCAT.

Not that I heard of. I think we only have Kaplan/TPR. I don't think that'll be a lucrative venture either. Best bet is just to practice on AAMC's if that's what you're looking for.

I totally agree. Even if there was one "in name", be wary bco it will probably be a marketing stunt. There's maybe "good" and "mediocre" prep programs which will be a subjective judgment either way. The MCAT tests basic undergraduate stuff so you really don't need any advanced science, therefore any company that adequately covers the MCAT material will suffice, however if you want more than the basic sciences, hire a tutor..
