I have been lucky enough to have lived a relatively fortunate life. I've got two possible topics I'm thinking about for my adversity essay:
- Having to move every couple of years - losing friends and the hard physical labor of moving.
- Having been beaten and abused by a bully at summer camp, age 15, because said idiot thought I was gay; I was rather traumatized by it, sought counseling for it. Afterwards I took an interest in healing and medicine.
Which should I write about? From 15 to 24 I lived in the same town, so at some point we stopped moving...
