Those don'y sound bad, with a 3.61 (science? or overall) and a 518 there's nothing keeping you from interviews. You apparently don't have any red flags otherwise you wouldn't have gotten any interviews in the first place. Looks like you have around ~200 clinical hours but how much non-clinical volunteering? How much shadowing? Your school list may need more tweaking to be more compatible with your stats.I got an addition 120 as a scribe and 150 as a patient tech in clinical hours. 40 extra voluntter hours. First cycle got three interviews and one WL. This cycle had two interviews, and one ended in a waitlist the other is pending admission results. MCAT 518. Also did 300 hours in a research lab. Graduated a year early if that matters. Just so lost in the process.
Some people don’t even have IIs at this point in the cycle. If you really want, do an SMP, and apply again concurrently, however I think you’ll get more interviews and get an A before the cycle is over. I’ve had plenty of friends who only got one II, one A. Don’t be neurotic.I applied this cycle but did hear much yet in response, if i do get invited idk if I should go that route or try again but have to retake the MCAT and apply a third time. Unless there is a stigma against third timers. Would a master's help me?

Having some doubts I'll get in the second time around. Any advice? This was my last time using my high MCAT score, so now I have to retake it. Should I do a Master's to boost sgpa of 3.61 or just focus on MCAT and ecs and volunteering?
