advice for possible third time applicant

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
There is no way we can tell you anything since we only know your GPA. But did you significantly improve your application before you reapplied? Did you have any interviews during your first cycle? How did they end: reject/WL? Did you change up your school list, rewrite your PS, Secondaries, etc..Did you get new LORS? So many questions before anybody can help you out.
You might still get an invite though.

I got an addition 120 as a scribe and 150 as a patient tech in clinical hours. 40 extra voluntter hours. First cycle got three interviews and one WL. This cycle had two interviews, and one ended in a waitlist the other is pending admission results. MCAT 518. Also did 300 hours in a research lab. Graduated a year early if that matters. Just so lost in the process.
Those don'y sound bad, with a 3.61 (science? or overall) and a 518 there's nothing keeping you from interviews. You apparently don't have any red flags otherwise you wouldn't have gotten any interviews in the first place. Looks like you have around ~200 clinical hours but how much non-clinical volunteering? How much shadowing? Your school list may need more tweaking to be more compatible with your stats.
Otherwise, maybe you don't interview well, have you done mock-interviews with an unbiased interviewer?

Assuming your school list is compatible then there is nothing besides luck to keep you out this time.

I applied this cycle but did hear much yet in response, if i do get invited idk if I should go that route or try again but have to retake the MCAT and apply a third time. Unless there is a stigma against third timers. Would a master's help me?
Some people don’t even have IIs at this point in the cycle. If you really want, do an SMP, and apply again concurrently, however I think you’ll get more interviews and get an A before the cycle is over. I’ve had plenty of friends who only got one II, one A. Don’t be neurotic.

Your post history indicates that you had "3.78 gpa , 3.63 sgpa and 520 MCAT" ???

People on here are very helpful and generally pretty nice, but we can't help you if you give us false information.

Having some doubts I'll get in the second time around. Any advice? This was my last time using my high MCAT score, so now I have to retake it. Should I do a Master's to boost sgpa of 3.61 or just focus on MCAT and ecs and volunteering?

First, it’s important to know how you want to practice medicine and what speciality you think you want to practice. If you want to do something in academic/research or the more competitive specialties like derm/surgery, then I would get a masters/research and then reapply MD. If you want to do something less competitive or primary care than I would broaden your search and apply DO this round. Also this round, I think you should apply to the more recent DO/MD schools that opened within the last 10 years (US med school wiki page by year) or more geographic locations. Overall it seems like you have a well-rounded application, so it wouldn’t hurt to do a few more practice interviews to make sure you get accepted to the interviews you do get!
