Invest in the MSAR.
I would Get rid of Harvard, NYU, Sinai, and UCSF -- your stats are way too uncompetitive for those schools (Harvard's 10% GPA is 3.7+). I would also remove SUNY, MSU, and UIC (they favor their own residents -- also, are you aware that UIC's OOS tuition is over $70,000/year?)
Some potential additions: Albany, Creighton, Eastern Virginia, Georgetown (be aware that GW and Georgetown receive 12,000+ apps), Loyola Chicago, Medical College of Wisconsin, NYMC, Penn State, Rush, Jefferson, and all state schools

Thanks, man. I appreciate it. I put SUNY and MSU because the program director for my masters program said a significant amount of past students in the program interviewed/have been accepted despite being non-residents. I'll look into the other ones you mentioned. Thanks, again.
