Advice needed: Using a subscription-based question bank for the year leading up to STEP 1

I am an M1 and am looking at buying a 12 month USMLE Rx subscription for the year leading up to STEP 1. Has anyone purchased this or used a similar question bank and recommend it for STEP 1 prep?

In general, would that that be a good primary STEP 1 prep resource alongside studying for school exams during second year? Any recommendations? How does the style of USMLE Rx questions compare to U World’s?
