please advice me on how can i practice for the clinical examinations, as i have been out of touch for 3 years now
i'm yet to give my part 2 examination
i live in toronto and i really donot know how to approach a dentist and ask him/her to allow me to observe voluntarily . i donot know any dentists personally . please advice
also, anyone living in toronto please tell me how do they manage

Why don't you try to volunteer in a hospital dental clinic? Once you know an instructor there, you can ask if you can observe him in his private practice.
