I am an allopathic med student. I am interested in OMM therapy and want some advices on which books I can read. Or which text books you would recommend?

For COMLEX, sure. But for actual *use*, which is what I think the OP is looking for, I'd go with "An Osteopathic Approach to Diagnosis and Treatment" by DiGiovanna.

I would have to agree with using this book if it's your first crack at manipulative medicine... It has good pics and a pretty thorough explanation of the step by step process of each technique.

I recommend "Philosophy and Mechanical Principles" and "Research and Practice" (in that order). Get in AT Still's head if you can, and you'll never look at a patient the same way again.
