When you were studying for the MCAT, how often did you take a break? Would you give yourself a whole day or just a couple hours a week? (of course, this also depends on how long you spent studying for the exam itself). Curious to see how others maintained their stamina throughout their MCAT prep!
I feel like breaks are essential to prevent any burnouts, but I also feel that when I hangout with my friends, I lose the momentum I had studying for the exam and it takes me a little longer to get me back onto my A game. Anyone else like this?
Thanks!
