Advice on what I should do next.

Are you asking about Canadian or American med schools? If American, there is an expectation that you'd have a fair amount of clinical experience at the time you submit. Shadowing is also typically expected and I understand that is difficult to obtain in Toronto. You should also work on gaining leadership and research experience. Your teaching is good though, and you have some nonmedical clinical experience which is helpful. Doing the internship and raising the MCAT score are good goals; a verbal of 8 wouldn't be viewed well for an international applicant.

Bannie22, a successful applicant to US schools from Toronto, will be a good resource for you. He'll probably be around soon.

Need more.

Also depends on where you wanna go.

3.7/32 Should get you places (in the states)

Upward trend is always nice.
Do you have any other activities?
Volunteering at school events isnt the strongest thing you should be able to find in your application.

I believe you wouldnt be aiming for top20, so I suggest maybe one summer of research, just for the experience

I don't suggest Canada as your stats are currently too low for Canadian medical schools. However, a very high MCAT might get you in.

You're a good fit for the States, but I don't know if the States require higher stats for Canadian applicants.

In all honesty, I'm looking to apply anywhere, Canada and USA, and last choice Australia or Caribbean.

I thought i completely bombed the MCAT when i did it in August (I thought i got less than 25) so I didn't bother applying (I know, big mistake, should have done it just for the experience itself). But now even if I apply this year I still have next year with nothing to do, so I was looking at taking more courses to improve GPA and that internship to get first hand experince. It basically sets a doctor as your supervisor for 8 months and you go around with him/her and do some paperwork etc. tasks for him/her in a hospital.

I'm currently looking into getting into some volunteering positions in hopsitals over the summer, I'm also planning to take some martial arts classes as well. However doing something this semester would be very difficult with 6 courses.

Do you have any experience in getting shadowing from doctors in the GTA Bannie22. I've tried and most just say no or some say that you have to put in 40-50 hours of volunteer for them (filing) before they give you ~10 hours of shadowing.

No. And in my experience shadowing is unnecessary for Canadian application, and really more or less not critical in American apps too.

It is apparently "illegal" to shadow doctors in Toronto at least. But people have done it.

Improve your GPA, thats more important than anything (martial arts courses..)
