Advice on which DSM-IV TR to get?

Can anyone shed some light on the difference between the Quick Reference DSM-4 and the Desk Reference? They're almost the same number of pages, and both seem to be condensed versions of the DSM-4. Is the spiral binding the only difference?

I think they're the same thing.

I would recommend that you get the big standard DSM and the spiral bound mini-dsm. The spiral bound also has a neat little fold-out map of diagnostic codes and Middle Earth.
