I am planning to sit for the boards this year for next years enrollment. Since I am planning to give the CBT what is the latest date I can give the exam for applications to BU, NYU and UPENN? I mean without hurting my chances of admission to these places?

In addition I would greatly appreciate some additional advice. Since I will be on OPD in a few months that means if I get selected to these places and graduate I will have to go on H-1 immediately as I would have used my OPD. Doesn't that put me in a dangerous situation. I mean the chances of immediately getting an H-1 are not that high.

Guidance would be much appreciated.

there are various threads that have dealt with this info in the past .check old threads.do a search.
i think if u give ure exam by june .. u should make it time time before all colleges... cause mostly all colleges open for admission in aug.

I think Toothie gave you sound advice. If you finish your part1 by june, you should be in good time to apply for all the schools you mentioned. In addition to that you should look at the school websites for their opening dates to send in applications.

Regarding your OPD, I am no expert, but won't you revert back to F1 once you get into school? Why will you be on H1 in school? Besides that, I think the US gov has increased their H1 visas. But don't take my word for it, I would suggest that you find out for sure.
