Hello I'm Sarah, I am sixteen in in pre-med! I am shadowing a general surgeon its my fist year as a pre med student in fall. I have a practicum to go to in the upcoming summer. How are my chances looking up for me right now? I'm in contact with different medical schools already.

No one can predict chances at this point in your career.
There is no need to be contacting medical schools right now.
Focus on your current developmental milestone: defining and distinguishing yourself in your chosen field of collegiate study.
