hi everyone,
i am a dentist from india and just moved to u.s.
i want to take admission into mph course.
i have to give gre so i wanted to know the minimum eligible score i should have to take admission into mph and how much time do i need to prepare for gre.

Some schools use a combined verbal and quantitative score of 1000. Others use another formula such as not less than 50th percentile in each section (verbal and quantitative).

You should be familiar with the types of questions and the format of the questions. Go to http://www.gre.org/practice_test/ for more information about the test and some sample questions. Depending on your comfort level you may want to spend a few days preparing for the test, or a few weeks.

Some schools may also require the TOEFL; check with the admissions offices.

just wondering where exactly r u in usa.i am a mbbs (medical degree in india).i am thinking of pursuing mph/mhsa here.r u planning to give gre in the near future?i am in the same boat as u also with a 3 yr old son.just wanted to know how u r planning to along with it.
