I have assigned my schools to my letter writers and they were just received from inter folio today.

AMCAS will send them to the schools without any more steps from me, right? Is there a way to verify the schools got them

Most schools will either email you or update their portal to show that you have hit "Complete and ready for review" or something like that. This means they got your primary, secondary, letters, and fee and now you just sit back and wait.

Just as general word to all , you own your application and all the steps in this process. For every school that you have applied to and have on your spreadsheet (you do have a spreadsheet, dont you), make sure you have noted how to log in to the applicant portal and check your status.
i don't have any spreadsheets is this to keep track of school login info

To keep track of everything you have done for the school............

so like secondaries and interviews? I have done txpts, letters, and primaries for every school.. is there anything else I need to keep track of

My spreadsheet had school name and info, date applied, date complete, app portal link and password, correspondence dates, secondary received and sent, interview invite date, interview date, FA information, etc.

I'm sorry, I'm sure this is a dumb question, but what is "FA information"?
