After snooping saw that I had a school email and ID made for me. Does this mean I go in?

Hello y'all, first time posting after being a major lurker. Anyways I have a serious question, I recently had an interview with my dream school about two weeks ago. Now after snooping in their website I saw that I had a login ID made for me by using the "forgot my ID tab" on their website. Does this mean anything at all or am I just delirious and creating my own conspiracy theories. Any input will be gratefully appreciated 😀

At my school, you are assigned an ID the moment you are an applicant. Once accepted your status changes to whatever kind of student you are entering the university as.

Well you can't log in with an "Applicant account", it's just there for admission purposes. This is just how it's run at my uni, it could be different for others but I know several other schools do this as well. I know because I work in the IT department.
