I was just wondering what you have brought to interviews in the past or what you think I should bring? Like, should I bring my Resume or transcripts or anything like that??

Thank ya 😛

Professional notebook
pen/pencil
ID card
Resume/transcripts if you want (I did just in case)
My application just in case I had to review it before I was called for my interview
mints

REMEMBER TO ASK FOR A BUSINESS CARD AFTER THE INTERVIEW (just in case you want to write a THANK you letter) and always REMEMBER THE INTERVIEWERS NAME(S).

While I was at one of my interviews, one of the current pharmacy students asked an interviewee who interviewed her and she said, "i don't remember his name." Trust me, it looks really bad.

Also, be very careful what you say because anyone can give feedback to the interviewers about you. If you interview goes bad (god forbid), do not give anyone the impression that it went bad. Stay confident throughout the whole time you are there.

A.) your head
B.) your calmness
It's funny how people are always wanting to know how to prepare for an interview. If you think about it, an interview is a discussion to see if you fit with the group you are inteviewing with. I have seen many highly qualified phd come and go for interviews with the current pharma company I am with. The ones that can think through a question and provide a personable and precise answer almost alway get the job. The ones who lose their heads and take 20 min. to answer, when a 2 second answer would work, are wasting time to think of an answer. Thus the reccomendation of the above two things. They already somewhat like you because they offered an interview. Now they are seeing if you really fit and if you were telling the truth about your credentials.

all of the above, plus the admissions office told me to bring my interview invitation. just in case! i was glad that i brought a copy of my personal statement to review. above all, relax and BE YOURSELF!!! :luck:

thanks. it's ok to just print off unofficial transcripts & bring those right?

i would think so... they should already have your "official" transcripts on file.
