MD Aiming for top schools, any weaknesses in my app? WAMC?

Hello! I am aiming for admission into some top schools and would like some of your guidance. Does my app have any weaknesses I can improve on? Is my school list decent? Should I add/remove any schools? Thanks in advance.

Also, I'm considering applying EDP for my state school in hoped of getting a scholarship, what do you think?

Stats:
ORM (middle eastern)
cGPA: 3.99
sGPA: 3.99
MCAT: Scheduled for June 2019 (What's a good goal?)

Volunteering:
- Emergency Room Volunteer at Hospital (100 hours)
- Pathology Lab Volunteer at Hospital (200 hours)
- Soup Kitchen Volunteer (50 hours)
- Sunday School Teacher (300 hours)
- Pediatric Clinic Volunteer (200 hours)
- Camp Counselor (600 hours)
- Youth Soccer Coach (70 hours)
- Started a free ACT group tutoring service for young refuges interested in college (100 hours)

Hobbies:
- Rated ~1200 in Table Tennis (considering starting intercollegiate league in my school as I get better)

- 700 hours in private sector pharmaceutical research (associated with University)
- 1 3rd author publication
- 1 poster presentation at undergrad symposium

Maybe shadow a primary care doctor. With a 520 or better you're golden for top 20s, although you could be competitive with a 517 or better. Best luck! @Goro, thoughts? OP's got a thousand hours of nonclinical volunteering, 500 hours of clinical volunteering, and a paper in a reputable journal: that's better than a lot of top-20 matriculants.
 
Just do well on your MCAT and you are good

Your app looks good so far. Could use some most research pubs for top schools. MCAT will determine competitiveness
