Has anyone else had this problem? I received an email saying my file was complete on Aug 29. I've been trying not to obsess, and just checked my status online today for the first time. The status check is now showing that they dont have my letters, and therefore my file isnt complete. I've called and emailed, but they arent the easiest to communicate with. Any help or advice here?

similar situation. the website was saying i was incomplete, that i was missing LORs. I called them, and they said I was complete and that they did in fact have them. They are just slow on updating the website.
It could very well be that you are complete and the site hasnt caught up.

took them almost 1.5 month to complete mine. I never got any email but my website status is complete tho...

Just emailed them today regarding the unprocessed letters on their website. It just means that your application hasn't been "processed" yet. The status page is just misleading. I have decided to stop worrying about it, accept the fact they are a bit overwhelmed, and wait patiently.

For anybody that is still incomplete because of missing LORs, I just called and they said they're pretty backed up in opening their mail (the girl I talked to said they were just opening mail received on Sept 10th). So...just gotta wait it out some more, I suppose.

I called about a week ago and was told that they have 2 employees who open mail and organize the files. One is on sick leave and the other was having some kind of family emergency. Basically it's not getting done. My question is that, with the $700,000+ they get from the 7,000 or so people applying to their school at $100 a pop (according to MSAR) they can't hire a temp?!
This also makes me think that later applicants are not really going to get much consideration.

LOL, all my crap was in by the end of August (as in, IN their office), I doubt that's "late." And yes, my stuff is still showing as missing, even though when I e-mailed them 3 weeks ago, their response was "we hope to get to your file by the end of the week" (aka 2+ weeks ago).

Yeah, I had all of my stuff in a couple of weeks before you. I guess that was before they had a staffing crisis. Oh well. I've been under review their for ages. Hopefully I'll hear something from them before April.
