i am having trouble deciding which to rank higher, as i would be happy at either. i would appreciate some feedback regarding others' opinions on these 2 programs.

i could live in either, as both philly and hartford are both ghetto cities.

salaries are about the same.
both are in the northeast.
both are community affiliated.
both are friendly programs with happy residents.
both emphasize psyhcotherapy.
both have good exposure to diverse psychiatric patients.
