Alberta to stop funding WCVM past 2020

Just a heads up to future Alberta pre-vets. The province has decided to stop funding Alberta seats at WCVM. This means that past 2020, Alberta students will only have the option of UCVM unless they want to shell out for an unsubsidized seat at another college (unless you have a giant inheritance, don't do this).
