Allen serie 5- please

I am seeking an Allen series 5 stethoscope. The manufacturer is no longer making them. does anyone know where I can get one... even a used one?

Allen Stethoscopes are sold at mystethoscope.com. The Series 5 isn't there; any idea how it's different from the Series 10?
