Hi everybody,
I am trying to figure out my list of schools to apply to. After grabbing the instate and nearby schools, I am left with far away schools. I would really love to go a school which is near a beach or has California type environment. Since, I am from another country and don't have much knowledge about different states and their specialty, I am looking for some help here.
Going through MSAR, it seems like all CA schools has about the same numbers..33 mcat, 3.7 gpa and about equal number of in-state and out-state students. I have a competitive GPA and good ECs but haven't taken my MCAT but I am shooting for 33 or above.
Please help me decide on schools, not just near the beach but others too.
Also, can you give the schools' average acceptance numbers if you know off the top of your head otherwise I can always look it up.
P.S. Please provide the full name of the schools (shortcuts don't help a non-native much 😉 )
