If I graduated and worked for a year in a non-healthcare related field and now am applying does that make me a nontraditional applicant? Where is the cutoff?

So many people are taking a gap year that non-trad usually excludes those folks and is focused more on those who had careers or did something for a year or two (Peace Corps, etc) before applying.
