Shaun of the Dead was epic win, no matter how you slice it.
I'm not big on the serious zombie movies... or scary movies of any sort.
Johnny Depp is not only devastatingly sexy, he's also such a good actor - look at how many roles he's played, and he's done so well. I kinda love him in Fear and Loathing... but pirates with eyeliner are hott too.
And I just realized that I'm saying exactly what BLACKAT just said... haha.
To those who haven't finished reading HP... why? They're such easy books to read, and I find them so
incredibly entertaining that I can't imagine anyone disagreeing with that.

IF you've never tried (*cough*minnerbelle*cough*) then... well... you should.
I'm also fine with everyone reading Twilight so that you can form your own opinions. Definitely can't call it '
well-wriiten' or a '
literary masterpiece' by
any stretch, but it does entertain. And the last book creeps you out a bit too (if that's what you call a happy ending... *shudders*)... here's what my friend said about it, and I think she's right.
Meyer might not be a "good writer" by any stretch of the imagination, but, the woman is a genius. She created this obsessive love story that preys upon that fantasy (that most of us keep locked up deep inside) that we'll one day find that person whose love for us runs that fine line between "perfect" and obsessive. We'll find that person who would do anything for us, even die for us.
AS for the movies, Robert is a fine lookin' guy (not my type, but I'll acknowledge that much) but his 'internal conflict' too closely resembles 'I haff to poo.'
And Kristen Stuart can't act her way out of a paper bag. I want to throttle her every time she bites her lip.
Here's a funny Twilight parody... I laughed so hard.
