Am I alright to submit around July 1st?

I'm having real trouble finishing my ps and probably won't have my application submitted till around July 1-3. Anyone think this is a problem or should I rush my statement and get it in within the next couple days?

Naw, get your statement done right. Any benefit from a few days earlier would be more than offset by not having a carefully filled out app.

No problem. The statement is more important than submitting the app a few days earlier.

That is just fine. Someone I know didn't submit until August, and she still was able to get early to middle interviews at her schools.

I'd say make you PS as perfect as possible without passing mid July and you should be fine. With that said, the sooner the better.
