Taking NBME 18 early next week. I haven't had a chance to review my missed questions from yesterday but they were all over the place. I found the question stems much longer than the NBMEs. There were also almost no biostats, ethics, psych questions. Would you say the real test is more reflective of NBMEs or UWSA questions?

NBMEs are far more reflective of real questions in my opinion
Uworld questions to me personally are good for learning, but very different in both style and content from NBME CBSA/STEP 1 questions

So while I would say this was really strange that your score varied that much, especially since UWSA are known for overpredicting, to see where you actually stand score wise I would just take another NBME
