Am I in good shape or am I doomed?

I haven't taken an NBME exam in a couple weeks, unfortunately, so I don't know how I'm doing. The last one I took was when I was halfway through DIT and I got a 221. Now, I'm done with DIT, and feel like I know a lot more...but I'm not sure if I'm in great shape for my exam (ON TUESDAY!!!) because I keep forgetting little details from FA that could easily get me a couple more questions correct. Thing is, I keep getting UWorld scores in the 70s...so am I OK? I guess I'm good at thinking questions through to find an answer even when I don't know the cold hard fact regarding a drug/bug, etc. I'm just worried that the actual exam may throw a lot of "regurgitate this random fact" at me and I may not know it....

Define good, what are you aiming for? Only way to know for sure is to take an NBME
