Am I too smart to be a Dr.???/????shift/??

No matter how little I study or how little I try I cant seem to make less than A's on tests. I've even made A+'s!!.... I just dont know what to do. Arrg... I just seem to get it and can revolve all my organic molecules around in the air in front of me in my head. Its crazy.

And I just had a biology test today (I hate biology), I did all the problems, and still got an A. Not to mention the other two finals I took, I dont even want to look, I probably got A-'s in those two... I just cant seem to stop screwing up! When test time comes, I'm just a genius...

Any ideas what to do?

Yes. Spend a semester in medical school. After your first anatomy test you'll believe that you're a few tacos short of a fiesta platter. By the time the semester is over you'll think you're all foam and no beer and wonder if maybe you only have a half a cord in the woodshed.

You don't have to tell me. I once said, "Things'll be easier in second year...you know...once you get the study routine down and all." That was the dumbest thing I ever said. Actually, I think going back to Anatomy now would be like Heaven. Things start falling into place second year, but it definitely doesn't get any easier.
 
Why don't you get part of your brain removed? That might challenge you to think... at all...

In the real world, you don't fit the profile of a "genius." Then again, if I were as smart as you, I would've been a doctor at 13. You seem like a guy I'd go out and have a beer with. Unfortunately, it won't happen.

One of my classmates actually said things would be better next semester because we'll have the study routine down and we won't need that adjustment period. I laughed in his face. I am NOT looking forward to neuroanatomy. :scared:

See now if I go and help you out it's not really going along with the 2011 vs 2012 war we have going on. Which, if I may remind you, you started. So I'm not so sure I can go ahead and do that... :meanie:

Yes, yes I should be. However, I lack the mental capacity to care at the moment. I get to go home in 3 days and that's all I care about.

I was singing to myself?? I didn't even notice! And I don't think I can pull off skipping the last two tests and still pass. So that's a negative ghost rider. And I'm pretty sure my brain shut down about 2 hours ago, and yet here I sit, replying to your posts as you sit 3 feet away from me.

My legs no longer function due to the 10 hrs of compression on my sciatic nerve.. remember that one tomorrow. It might be on the test.🙄

Just cause my dogs smells like a tire it doesn't make him any less fluffy. (How's that one for logic?!)

And the sciatic nerve is made up of the tibial and common fibular nerves, so did you hurt one or both branches?

You should be seeing histo, as that is a big chunk of tomorrow (10-15 slides my butt....) but I really think that someone else needs to be posting up in here because I doubt anyone wants to listen to us.

I understand....even those who aren't taking a test tomorrow are acting crazy. Mrs. Nascardoc has been saying, "Silence!!! I kill you!!!," all night.....literally. Its pretty funny.

So that learning by osmosis doesn't work......damn. I guess I too will have to try a different approach for the histo portion of the test.
