Amcas/aacomas app question

So I just submitted my amcas app last night, how long will it take for me to hear something fron schools? Will they wait till they recieve my mcat scores? As for my aacomas app it still says "processing" and I submitted on July 24. Could they be waiting to recieve my mcat scores then be verified? Both app services have all transcripts.
