AMCAS Application on Hold??

Can someone please explain the following message on my AMCAS application?


Current Application Status: Hold

Your application is currently being held for the following reason(s):

Supporting Docs


They have received my transcripts already, so I am just wondering what the "Supporting Docs" are...
Any help is appreciated.

that means something is missing or the amcas right hand does not know what the amcas left hand has...call ASAP

I would suggest you call them and figure out whats going on. When I applied last year, I sent in two transcripts and received emails from AMCAS saying that both were in. Yet, my app was still on hold for the same reason as yours (it said that one transcript was never received, despite their email). So I called, and apparently they had misplaced the transcript in question and the problem was quickly fixed.
