Is there anyway online that I can see what an AMCAS application looks like? Just to get a general idea of the questions asked and things to fill out?

How about one that can be printed and just saved? without registering..
 
Here is what it looks like (no joke):
Input name, address, family history, schools attended,
Input classes and grades per semester
Input work history
Input awards
Input Personal Statement
Man it's boring application stuff. There is no need to see it until you are ready to apply. If you are jazzed about the thought of applying, thats ok but it really is quite boring

Work history including high school jobs?

This.

Really the only parts of the application that actually require some thought are the experience descriptions and the personal statement.
