If I am not mentioning some of my plans for this year as I apply to medical school in my personal statement, is it a good idea to put these in my post-secondary experiences? I've got a lot going on that will help me and I want the schools to be able to see them.

Well the instructions say that if you are continuing with an activity, put an anticipated end time. However, it doesn't say put an anticipated start time if you haven't started the activity yet.
